Do I need an appointment?

We recommend booking in advance so a doctor is available for you. We're open all days: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

What should I bring to my first consultation?

Bring previous fertility reports, ultrasound scans, blood test results, semen analysis reports, details of any past treatment and a list of current medicines.

Should my partner come too?

Yes, if possible. Infertility can involve female factors, male factors or both, so evaluating both partners is often helpful.

Can I ask about treatment costs before visiting?

Yes. You can call or WhatsApp us for general information, and see indicative prices on our IVF cost page. A personalised estimate is given after your consultation.

Can I share my reports on WhatsApp?

For your privacy, please bring detailed medical reports to your consultation rather than sharing them over messages, unless our team asks you to.
